My name is Nancy Avolio and I’m writing to thank you for your expert first responder assistance on Friday, November 9^th, when you stopped to help my aunt, Ann MacMaster and her friend Marj in Tiverton.  I’m sorry for the delay in contacting you but I just received your information yesterday, as I don’t live in your area.  Both Ann and Marj are extremely grateful for your kindness and quick-thinking and reacting to the scary situation.

Ann is making a remarkable recovery, thanks to your kind and professional response.  It was so nice of you to stop to help.  Not everyone would take the time.  You jumped into action and I’m sure that’s a huge reason for Ann’s quick recovery.  Thank you so much for calling the ambulance, for getting the first aid kit from the store and for bandaging Ann’s head.  She is in her 90s but you’d never know it on an average day.  She is very independent and leads a rich and full life.

Frankly unbelievable. In this era of high expectations and mediocre service we were actually surprised and blessed by the entire experience. The people from DKI were accommodating and conscientious from beginning to end. And the sub-trades were no less impressive. Any time an item was questionable they chose to resolve in our favor resulting in a final product that was better than we had hoped for. They also looked after all the administration with the insurance company making even that aspect of it far more manageable than we would have thought possible. We can’t say enough about the entire experience. They were absolutely fantastic. Went way above what we expected.

The team that looked after our home under Trevor’s guidance was absolutely amazing, extremely professional and welcome in our home anytime.

During the very rainy days of June/17 my basement had water damage. My call to DKI was answered immediately and the project manager Trevor Jay was on the scene. By the end of the day all the carpet had been removed and blowers running to dry out the rooms. When the schedule was set for the repair all the phases were done on time. Trevor was very diligent to inspect throughout the process.

I can’t say enough good things about Garbutt Construction. The process was seamless and despite living in another city, my storm damage was responded to promptly and required no intervention on my part. It just got done. New siding, new roof, bedroom ceiling painted and new cement floor in a large shed all done very well. Timely (given weather restrictions) and by pleasant, courteous and obviously experienced tradesmen.
